Nick Grinder is developed especially for grinding nicks in cutting dies. Pneumatic drive for high performance. The device has a patented attachment for pressing down rubber profiles. The nicks are ground burr-free and the performance of the ejection material is retained. Ideal corrugated board attachment for protection of the rubber simplified positioning for setting the nicks

Note: the device requires size 50 × 8 mm diamond grinding discs.

Its direct driven pneumatic air motor secures a very stable nick. Since there is only the axle as a moving part the maintenance is reduced to a minimum.

 

HS-N78 Nick grinder adopts Taiwan pneumatic drive motor with low noise and vibration. Special design with four supporting pins ensuring the steadiness of the machine. Regulators inside to make sure the nick width and depth will be the same so that to ensure same the connection dot size on sheet. The tools is equipped with oil-water separator to ensure the life span of the pneumatic part. Fast and easy- only need 1 second to make a nick.

 

Instruction for operation

1. When installing the grinding wheel ,put it between two brass-sleeves on the transmission-shaft,then use spanner to fix the transmission-shaft and screw the nut.   

2. Different depth of nicks can be obtained by adjusting the control screw: Turning the screw clockwise will reduce the depth of nick,contrary,the depth will increase.                                                                                                              

3. The depth of nick should be determined by cutting-dies ,otherwise,will cause abnormal wear on the grinding wheel.
4. The switch on the tail of the device can control the speed of motor,and it can control the motor start or stop as well.
5. When grinding nicks,use locating-device to position the machine on the top of cutting rules,then press the grinding wheel towards the blade of cutting rules stably and quickly
