how long does a chain last?

The service life of the stripper chain depends on several factors:

duration of use
observe chain tension according to the manual
configuration or type of material to be processed
careful handling of the chain
Avoid contact of the chain with the concrete floor (contact with hard surfaces in general) and with nails in the wooden pallet.
Maintenance. (we recommend to spray some oil (eg Ballistol universal oil) on the chain after the end of each shift. This measure extends the service life of the chain by a multiple.
If you keep these points in mind, a chain can last for several years.
